Off Moreland Ave, Constitution Lake Park sits just outside the city of Atlanta. If you follow the signage along the trail, you’ll eventually find the Doll Head Park. No one knows where these dolls came from or who put them there. Except that’s a lie and you can learn more about it through Google.
